How do I get member discounts on Ford Mustang accessories at CarMosaic.com - Mustang Store?
After you join the Mustang Club you are eligible for member discounts at CarMosaic.com - Mustang Store as long as your annual membership is current. You do not have to be a member to purchase, but after you join the club you are eligible for Mustang Club member discounts at CarMosaic.com - Mustang Store.

How does CarMosaic.com - Mustang Store know I am a member of Mustang Club?
The CarMosaic.com - Mustang Store shopping cart will automatically compare your email address entered in the store account to your email address in your Mustang Club account. Your email must match in both the club account and store account or the store does not give you a discount. If you have multiple email addresses, like a home email and a work email, be sure that you only use one unique email for the club and store. What if I do not have email can I still get Mustang Club member discounts?
Yes, please phone the store with your order. We will verify your membership, then if you qualify, we will discount your phone order.

How will I know if CarMosaic.com - Mustang Store is going to give me Mustang Club member discounts?
First, you must be logged into the store. See Steps 1, 2 and 3 below. When you are logged in a gold banner appears across the top of the store web site. The banner reads "Mustang Club Discounts apply". Member Discounts will automatically be applied to items in your shopping cart. Some items may be restricted. If you are logged in and do not see the gold member banner across the top of the store web site, the store has failed to validate your membership. The reason could be that you logged in using a non-member store account. Remember, your email must match in both club and store accounts or the store does not give you a discount. Check Your Mustang Club Services or "Contact - CarMosaic.com - Mustang Store" if you need assistance.

How do I tell how much the Mustang Club member discount is?
The member discount is 5%. You will see your member discount amount for each item in your shopping cart. You must add an item to your shopping cart to see the discounted amounts. If you do not want to purchase the item, it can easily be removed from the shopping cart, just uncheck it and click "Update". You must be logged into the store as a current Mustang Club member to view and purchase discounted items. See Steps 1, 2 and 3 below.

I am not very good on the computer, is there an easier way?
Yes, please phone the store with your order. You will not need to log into anything. We will verify your membership, then if you qualify as an active Mustang Club member, we will discount your phone order.

I think I goofed up and made a non-member purchase, but I am a member, what can I do now?
Please phone the store for help. We will verify your membership, then if you qualify as an active Mustang Club member, we will discount your order and apply a credit.

Can I be credited for CarMosaic.com - Mustang Store discounts on purchases made before I joined Mustang Club?
Normally you must be an active member at the time of purchase to qualify for the Mustang Club member discount. We do offer a 3 day window for those who made a purchase, then joined the club. We automatically monitor for the store customers who made a purchase, then joined within 3 days, and will give the discount credit to those who qualify. Discount credits will not be given for member purchases made before our Member Discount program started on Oct. 11, 2006.

To login, click on "Login - CarMosaic.com - Mustang Store" or just visit the store and click login on the front page. Enter your email address and store password then click "Sign In". You will also be directed to the store login if you are not logged in, put an item in the cart and click "Checkout".
