Mustang Club Chapter Application

If you do not yet have an assistant, you can still start the chapter, maybe someone will join and want to help.

All Mustang Club Chapters will have as part of the name: "Mustang Club Chapter"
This naming system makes it recognizable that the chapters are a part of Mustang Club and not independent clubs
